Latvia is my country

When Aleksandrs Lukša was seven years old more than anything else he wanted to dance, but educators evaluated him as someone that “couldn’t hear music”. Fifteen years later Aleksandrs together with his friends created his own dance studio “STOP TIME Dance Studio” in Kraslava. Currently he has dance studios in Daugavpils and Rezekne.

“I think that the main factor is people; kind, smart, and fun people make up an inspiring team. In my studio I have very talented dance teachers and very talented students, they create our common successes,” says Aleksandrs.

“I wish that every young person would find his place in Latvia. Everyone who lives here creates Latvia with his work and ideas. Our main job is to create Latvia”, underlines Aleksandrs.

“I am a Latvian patriot. I feel that Latvia is my country, I live here, I work here, I love here.”
